Savannah Galerie Delivery Policy
1. General Savannah Galerie offers delivery of physical artwork and digital products to customers in Sweden and internationally. This delivery policy applies to all purchases made through our website.
2. Delivery time
2.1 Digital Products:
- Digital products, such as courses (video and PDF), are delivered via email to the provided email address.
- Delivery is normally made immediately after payment, but always within 24 hours. Please ensure you enter the correct email address when purchasing.
2.2 Physical Artworks:
- Original works: Ships within 10 business days from the time the order has been processed and confirmed.
- Original prints: Delivered within 2-6 weeks from order processing and confirmation. (right now)
- Technologically designed prints: Ships within 10–14 business days from the time the order has been processed and confirmed.
Delivery time varies depending on destination:
- Within Sweden: 3–5 working days after the package is shipped.
- Within the EU: 5–7 business days after the package is shipped.
- International: 10–14 business days after the package is shipped.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as transportation delays.
3. Shipping and Packaging
- All physical artwork is shipped with trackable shipping to ensure safe delivery.
- We pack our artworks with care in specially designed packaging to minimize the risk of damage during transport.
- The shipping cost is calculated and reported at checkout before you complete the purchase.
4. Damage or Loss during Transportation
- If the artwork is damaged during transport, it is the customer's responsibility to immediately notify the transport company and contact us within 7 days.
- In the event of lost packages, we will assist with an investigation with the shipping company. If the package cannot be tracked or found, we will offer a replacement or refund.
5. Unredeemed Packages For packages that are not picked up and returned to us, a fee corresponding to the return shipping and handling cost will be charged.
6. Delivery Address and Responsibility
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct delivery address when ordering. We are not responsible for delivery problems that occur due to incorrect information.
- When delivering to countries outside the EU, customs duties or other import costs may apply, which the customer is responsible for paying.
7. Delays
- If delivery is delayed for reasons within our control, we will notify the customer and offer solutions.
- In the event of delays exceeding 30 days, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase and receive a full refund according to the Consumer Purchase Act.
